A man in China has ears in the arm. The doctors in the country's bamboo curtain trying to treat the man who lost his right ear after an accident car.

Patients identified as Ji injured about a year ago and has received treatment from a surgeon named Guo Shuzhong.

Guo already has 33 years of surgical experience for the affairs of the body. He and his friend, Shu Maoguo, drew up a plan of reconstruction to repair a damaged sense of hearing patients.

In the first stage, as quoted by AsiaOne, Guo will infuse the skin expander in the patient's right arm and regularly injected water to expand the skin.

In the second stage, the doctor will take part of the cartilage, the ribs of the patient and buried under the skin that has been expanded. And, the planting of the bone has been successfully carried out.

"The third phase of operations, to transplant new ears to the head of Ji, will be done in three or four months," said Shu.

Guo said the team had to wait fully grown ears to make it perfect for the patient. Funnily enough, when Ji saw an ear on his right arm he was just a little remarked with a smile.

"It looks exactly the same as my old ears," he said.
